Job summary

City Care Property is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects in Christchurch from planning through to completion.

You will manage budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractors, while building strong relationships with clients and delivery partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction, infrastructure or capital works projects valued at $1M+.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills, including NZS3910 experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Christchurch-based Project Office team.

Working across a diverse portfolio of social infrastructure and capital works projects, you'll take ownership of delivery from planning through to completion. From managing budgets and programmes to coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering projects that make a real difference.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
