Job summary

Citycare Property in Auckland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery from planning through to completion across a diverse portfolio of social infrastructure and capital works projects.

You will manage budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractors, build strong relationships with clients and delivery partners, and champion health, safety, quality and environmental excellence across every project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, infrastructure or capital works projects valued at $1M+.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies to maximise project outcomes.
• Champion health, safety, quality and environmental excellence across every project.
