Job summary

Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Auckland-based Project Office team. You will lead capital works and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, managing budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractor performance while building strong client and partner relationships.

We're looking for a commercially minded PM who thrives on solving challenges, delivering high standards and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage capital works and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NZS3910 or similar contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies to maximise outcomes.
• Champion health, safety, quality and environmental excellence on every project.
