Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of facilities management projects, asset renewals, building improvements, minor capital works, and Design & Build projects across the Queenstown Lakes District.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee a varied programme of work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll thrive in this role if you're a practical, solutions-focused Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, managing competing priorities, and delivering successful outcomes.
You’ll bring:
You’ll stand out if you have Design & Build experience, knowledge of NZS3910 contracts, facilities management project experience, or a relevant qualification and project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
