Job summary

UCC Coffee in East Tamaki is seeking a Production Team Member to join our state-of-the-art roastery. You will support pick and pack operations, stacking and ensuring quality and efficiency on the line, while contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

The role is fixed-term until 18 December 2026, full-time with night shifts, Monday–Friday. A warehouse background and a current forklift licence are essential, and you will be based at the Roastery at Twenty Three, East Tamaki.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Current and valid forklift licence.
• Willingness to embrace new knowledge and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the pick and pack line to support production flow.
• Stack pallets and ensure quality and efficiency at each step.
• Maintain accurate, orderly inventory and housekeeping in the roastery area.
