Job summary

WineWorks is seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to join our team in Hawke's Bay. You will be the main contact for clients, coordinating bookings for production runs and supporting cross-functional teams.

WineWorks has a rare and exciting opportunity within our Client ServicesTeam for someone seeking a new career path. The successful applicant will be ateam player who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and buildinglong-lasting relationships with both our clients and internal teams.

Working alongside our Client Services specialists, you will become a keypoint of contact for our clients, providing expert support, respondingefficiently to their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Youwill be responsible for scheduling and processing client’s bookings forproduction runs, liaising with the key stakeholders to ensure maximum operationalefficiency and ensuring all dry goods are ordered and available in a timely manner.

This is a varied and challenging role requiring a broad understanding ofthe business and the ability to work collaboratively across multipledepartments. The ideal candidate will be highly customer focussed withexcellent communication and interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced changingenvironment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, plenty of energy,a sense of humour, and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team. Theymust also be willing to assist across all areas of the Client Services Teamwhen required.

This is a full-time, permanent role working from 8.00am to 4.30pm,Monday to Friday
