Job summary

Linde ANZ is seeking a delivery driver to transport and fill LPG cylinders for homes and businesses across the Palmerston North region. You will interact with customers on-site, manage cylinder deliveries, and ensure safety protocols are followed during handling of dangerous goods.

The role requires a Class 2 licence with at least 2 years of delivery driving experience, the ability to drive a manual transmission, good physical fitness, and the capacity to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence with at least 2 years delivery driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting.
• Knowledge of the region and using handheld delivery devices.
• Able to pass background checks (Criminal/ACC history, medical, drug & alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and fill LPG gas cylinders to homes and businesses across the region.
• Interact with customers face-to-face and assist with inquiries.
• Adhere to health and safety standards when handling dangerous goods.

• Your working time will be Monday to Friday starting around 06:30am, finishing no later than 05:00pm
• Occasional Saturdays are required
• Role involves delivering and filling LPG gas cylinders to homes and businesses across the region
• You'll be interacting with customers face-to-face, so you might need to answer questions or help them out
• As you'll be handling dangerous goods, attention to detail with a strong commitment to health and safety is super important
