Key Responsibilities

• Contacting clients nationwide on behalf of the Sales and Production teams
• Confirming and verifying client details for advertisements
• Accurately recording notes and client information in internal systems
• Scheduling and updating follow-up data
• Managing daily tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Providing a high standard of customer service at all times

About You

• Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or call-based roles is an advantage
