Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Auckland seeks an experienced Production / Warehouse Coordinator for a busy food-grade operation. You will coordinate production and warehouse activities, manage workflow, and ensure quality and compliance across daily tasks.

You will handle stock movement, dispatch preparation, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding GMP and MPI requirements.

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution.
• Knowledge of GMP and MPI processes and requirements.
• Strong hygiene, food safety and traceability understanding.
• Good computer and administration skills.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production / Warehouse Coordinator to join a busy, well-established food-grade production and warehouse operation.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being involved across the day‑to‑day operation. You’ll help coordinate production and warehouse activities, manage workflow and stock movement, and ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and compliance are maintained.

The role will involve:

• Coordinating daily production and warehouse requirements
• Monitoring workflow and prioritising jobs to meet production and dispatch deadlines
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Receiving, checking and correctly storing incoming goods
• Stock control, inventory management and stock rotation
• Maintaining accurate production, inventory and traceability documentation
• Working within a food-grade environment with a strong focus on hygiene and quality
• Ensuring GMP procedures and MPI requirements are followed
• Coordinating with production, warehouse, transport and other internal teams
• Identifying and resolving stock, production or order discrepancies
• Supporting health & safety, housekeeping and food safety standards
• Providing hands‑on support to the wider team during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within food production, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution
• Experience working within a food‑grade or similarly regulated environment
• A good understanding of GMP and MPI processes and requirements
• Strong awareness of hygiene, food safety, product quality and traceability
• Experience coordinating workflow, orders and day‑to‑day operational requirements
• Good computer and administration skills
