New World Kaiapoi is seeking a motivated Produce Manager to lead our department and elevate freshness, quality and presentation. You will guide a team, manage stock, pricing and costs while ensuring excellent customer service and food safety standards.

Ideally a strong leader with retail experience in Produce, you’ll drive sales, minimise waste and maintain high standards across ordering, stock rotation and team rosters.

We're passionate about delivering the freshest, highest-quality fruit and vegetables to our local community, and we need a strong leader who can bring energy, pride and outstanding standards to the department every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Hours

Ideally Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am-2:00pm.
