Job summary

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Produce 2IC to help lead our Produce Department and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

Working closely with the Produce Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring fresh, high-quality produce is beautifully presented and available for our customers at all times.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting with the daily operation of the Produce Department
• Leading and supporting team members
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and freshness
• Stock replenishment and inventory control
• Supporting the Produce Manager with ordering, merchandising, and team development

Hours of Work

• Tuesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Thursday: 6:30am - 11:30am (lunch break optional)
• Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 5:30am - 2:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
