Job summary

New World The Sands in Papamoa is seeking a Produce Assistant to join the team, working approximately 20 hours per week, including a weekend day. As part of the Produce team you’ll play an integral part in delivering an awesome shopping experience for our community.

As Produce Assistant you will report to the Produce Manager and help ensure department targets and delivery standards are met, keep the department full, fresh and appealing, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for fresh produce and a good eye for quality and presentation.
• Previous experience in produce or supermarkets is advantageous.
