Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced Produce Supervisor to lead a busy Produce department at PAK’nSAVE Wairau Road. The role is an afternoon/evening shift, focusing on coaching a large team and ensuring high standards of freshness, presentation and safety.

You will drive strong team culture, stock control, closing procedures and customer service excellence while supporting the Produce Manager to hit department targets and deliver great value to the community.

Formación

• Previous Produce Department experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Produce.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Confidence leading and motivating a large team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing inventory and stock control processes.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to lead from the front.

PAK'nSAVE Wairau Road is looking for a motivated and hands-on Produce Supervisor to help lead one of our busiest departments.

This role is an afternoon and evening shift, with responsibility for leading the Produce team through the latter part of the trading day and ensuring the department is set up for continued success through effective closing procedures.
