Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced Produce Supervisor to lead a busy Produce department at PAK’nSAVE Wairau Road. The role is an afternoon/evening shift, focusing on coaching a large team and ensuring high standards of freshness, presentation and safety.

You will drive strong team culture, stock control, closing procedures and customer service excellence while supporting the Produce Manager to hit department targets and deliver great value to the community.

Formación

• Previous Produce Department experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Produce.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Confidence leading and motivating a large team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing inventory and stock control processes.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to lead from the front.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor a large Produce team.
• Create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure exceptional presentation, freshness and availability standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, wastage and department performance.
• Maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Oversee evening operations and complete departmental closing procedures.
• Support the Produce Manager in achieving departmental targets and goals.
