Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Processing Officer for a permanent part-time position in Rotorua. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at the Rotorua branch, enabling timely delivery by our couriers. Role requires reliable transport, safety-minded teamwork, and ability to lift up to 25kg during shifts.

Shifts run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with hours shown. NZ Post offers learning opportunities and a secure, government-owned workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself, others and the site safe
• Have reliable transport to get to work on time
• Be able to commit to the shift above
• Energy for a physically demanding role - can you lift up to 25kgs continuously?
• An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge
• All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check

We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

Shift Available:
Monday: 03:30-06:30 and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 02:00-07:00
