Job summary

NZ Post is hiring Processing Officers in Dunedin for an early-morning shift, Tue to Sat, 3:30am–7:00am. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels at our Strathallan Street branch, supporting couriers to deliver across New Zealand.

The role is physical, requiring lifting up to 25kg and a commitment to safety. Night rate allowance applies until 6am. NZ Post offers development opportunities and a stable, government-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to work Tuesday to Saturday, 3.30am - 7am.
• Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself and site safe.
• Energy for a physically demanding role – can you lift up to 25kgs?
• An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at Strathallan Street branch.
• Prepare parcels for courier delivery to support NZ Post network.
