Job summary

Northpower Ltd seeks a Health & Safety Administrator to provide organised, proactive support to the Health & Safety Manager across Rotorua sites. The role focuses on reducing admin workload and ensuring health & safety processes are current and followed.

Responsibilities include coordinating toolbox meetings, maintaining records and documentation, managing the safety inbox, and supporting audits, risk assessments, and inductions with accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare toolbox meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute information across sites
• Monitor the Safety inbox and respond to enquiries
• Maintain health and safety records, training matrix, and documentation
• Coordinate workplace inspections and audits
• Assist with risk assessments, hazard identification and hazard management
• Support incident reporting and follow-up
• Ensure inductions are completed and recorded
• Maintain training records and update training requirements
