You'll manage invoices, travel and accommodation, maintain records, and assist with project and HSE activities, while ensuring systems like SharePoint and Maximo stay up to date. This role requires accuracy, resilience and excellent communication.
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join ourTransmission & Growth team and provide high-quality coordination andadministrative support across a busy operational environment. This is more than a traditional administration role. You’llbe at the heart of the team keeping records accurate, supporting project andHSE activities, coordinating accommodation and invoices, maintaining systems,and building strong relationships with people across the business and with ourkey stakeholders. Good administration is what keeps a busy team operatingsmoothly. From ensuring invoices are processed correctly and project costs aretracked, to keeping HSE information accurate and supporting our people with theinformation they need, your work will have a direct impact on how effectivelyour teams operate.
You will provide day-to-day administrative support acrossthe Transmission & Growth teams, managing purchase order invoices, booking accommodationand travel coordination, project-related co-ordination, and accurate record keeping. You’llalso support HSE activities, including event reporting, audits, registers andmeeting preparation, while ensuring key information is maintained acrosssystems such as SharePoint, QPulse and Maximo. Working closely with ProjectManagers, the Commercial Team, and other stakeholders, you’ll help keep processes running smoothly, providesupport to the wider administration team, and identify opportunities to improvethe way we work.
