Job summary

Lion Pty Ltd is seeking a Pricing Operations Specialist to join the Pricing team within Category & Revenue Growth Management. The role, based in Auckland, focuses on managing pricing systems and processes, ensuring changes are implemented accurately, and driving automation to improve workflows.

The candidate should be comfortable working with data, systems, and stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with systems, data and operational processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
Power BI and Power Automate experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain pricing across our systems.
Support accurate and timely execution of pricing changes.
Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes.
Support weekly NPD and pricing administration.
Maintain strong pricing data quality and controls.
Communicate pricing changes with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work across RGM, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Digital & Technology.
Support continuous improvement across pricing systems and processes.
