Job summary

Lion in Auckland is seeking a Pricing Operations Specialist to join the Pricing team within the Category & Revenue Growth Management function. This permanent full-time role focuses on managing pricing systems, ensuring accuracy of changes and driving efficiency across pricing processes.

You’ll collaborate with RGM, Sales, Finance and Marketing, looking for smarter, automated ways to work and improve data quality. A good fit brings strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, commercial operations, systems, or sales support is welcome.
• Able to work with data, systems and operational processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pricing across our systems
• Support accurate and timely execution of pricing changes
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes
• Support weekly NPD and pricing administration
• Maintain strong pricing data quality and controls
• Communicate pricing changes with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work across RGM, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Digital & Technology
• Support continuous improvement across pricing systems and processes
