Job summary

Gallagher Animal Management in New Zealand seeks a Pricing & Retail Analyst to shape pricing, retail and market insights across regions including New Zealand, Australia, North America and Europe. You'll blend pricing data, promotions and competitive trends to provide clear recommendations to regional leaders, partnering with sales, product and finance to drive smarter commercial decisions.

Qualifications

3–5 years in commercial/analytical/pricing/retail or product-focused roles.
Strong Excel modelling and scenario analysis.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tool.
Understanding of pricing, margin and profitability drivers.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Build pricing models, reporting and processes to improve visibility.
Analyse pricing, promotions, margins and market trends to identify opportunities.
Convert data and insights into clear commercial recommendations.
Support pricing decisions for new products and promotions.
Collaborate with sales, product, finance and regional leaders to improve decision-making.
Help establish a connected, strategic pricing approach across Animal Management.
