Job summary

Carters in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a National Pricing Coordinator to maintain pricing systems, data integrity, mark-ups, margins and customer contracts to ensure pricing remains competitive by reflecting market and supplier price changes. The role is based at the Auckland National Support Office in East Tamaki, with duties spanning pricing service, price book maintenance and reporting.

Job description

The National Pricing Coordinator plays a pivotal part in our drive to deliver an exceptional and consistently reliable level of service to our customers. Based at our Auckland National Support Office in East Tamaki, you'll maintain pricing systems, data integrity, mark-ups, margins and customer contracts to ensure our pricing is competitive by reflecting the changing nature of the market, as well as our supplier price changes.

Assisting the National Pricing Manager, this varied role requires:

• Supporting Branch profitability through the provision of a timely and accurate pricing service
• Maintaining a price book system to provide timely, accurate and well-presented books to National Customers
• Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
• Being the main point of contact for Customers requiring the logging of standard plans and consents
• Producing accurate price files and data reporting Management of pricing systems through on-going maintenance

What you will need:

• You will need to be proficient in Excel, at an Advanced level with the ability to learn new systems
• Strong analytical skills, with ideally proven experience in a similar pricing role with ability to optimize margin performance
• As a skilled administrator your attention to detail will be second to none alongside exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
