Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
• Experience in hospitality or retail customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clean and current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and initiate the service process.
• Listen to needs, walk around vehicles, and document repair orders.
• Liaise between clients and workshop technicians on repair status.
• Keep customers informed throughout their visit and explain work performed.
• Recommend servicing and provide accurate cost/time estimates; manage bookings.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Provide a great customer experience and be a role model for exceptional service.
