Job summary

South Canterbury Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Timaru team. This full-time role (42.5hrs per week) focuses on customer service at the service reception and guiding customers through service and repair options.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will book technician work, handle invoicing, and contribute to department goals in a busy, friendly environment. Automotive background is an advantage, but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Right to work in New Zealand and a full New Zealand driver’s license.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong computer and software skills for service reception.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the service reception.
• Advise customers on service and repair options.
• Book service technicians’ work and process invoicing.
