Job summary

Miele is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain premium domestic appliances at customers’ homes, with a company vehicle, tools and comprehensive training provided. Key duties include high-quality repairs, first-time-fix targets, timely documentation, and managing van stock and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Domestic disconnect/reconnect licence.
• Must-have: Strong fault-finding and problem-solving across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must-have: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must-have: Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
• Must-have: Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality service repairs and fault diagnosis on Miele domestic appliances in customers' homes and occasionally in the workshop.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Manage daily workload efficiently to maximise productivity and achieve first-time-fix targets.
• Complete service documentation, invoicing and payment processing accurately and timely.
• Maintain van stock, tools and company equipment to ensure readiness.
• Resolve customer concerns in the field and escalate technical issues when required.
• Continuously build technical knowledge through ongoing training and product development.
