Job summary

MEIKO Clean Solutions New Zealand Ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Auckland region. You will install, commission, service and repair MEIKO dishwashers and washer-disinfectors at customer sites, diagnosing faults with service software and diagnostic tools.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in servicing technical equipment, a practical hands-on approach, and a current driver’s licence. A working knowledge of MEIKO equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial equipment.
• Experience with electromechanical equipment is highly valued.
• A hands-on role requiring practical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission MEIKO equipment at customer sites in Auckland region.
• Diagnose faults using service software and diagnostic tools; repair and test components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections on dishwashers and washer-disinfectors.
• Prepare service reports and documentation; maintain vehicle and tools.
