Job summary

Avanade in Auckland is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer (Team Lead / Consultant level) to deliver Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions for enterprise clients in New Zealand.

Based in Auckland, you will contribute to delivery within an experienced programme team, participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor colleagues while driving quality and value for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 development
• Experience leading teams or projects is a plus
• Strong focus on Microsoft technologies and quality delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven) based on functional specifications and design artefacts
• Build Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate systems
• Configure and customise Dataverse environments including entities, forms, views and security roles
• Develop and test integrations between Power Platform and Dynamics 365, M365 and Azure services
• Apply ALM practices for Power Platform using Azure DevOps and environment management
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
• Support testing activities including unit testing and defect resolution
• Contribute to technical documentation and handover materials
• Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, architects and client teams
