Job summary

Voco Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead the functional vision and delivery approach across large-scale Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE transformation programmes in New Zealand. You will engage with executive stakeholders, programme leaders and delivery teams to drive meaningful business outcomes and shape how consulting is delivered.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading large-scale Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE programmes.
Strong consulting background with enterprise clients and complex environments.
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end functional vision across major transformation programmes.
Lead discovery workshops and engage with senior stakeholders.
Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solution designs.
Provide direction through ambiguity and help clients make confident decisions.
Mentor consultants and build capability within functional teams.
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leaders for cohesive outcomes.
Balance business priorities, technical possibilities and change considerations.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout programme lifecycles.
