Job summary

The Rees Hotel in Queenstown is hiring a Porter/Driver to be the first friendly face guests meet on arrival. You will help with luggage and drive the guest shuttle to town and back, contributing to a memorable stay along Lake Wakatipu.

We offer a full-time permanent role with at least 30 hours per week, uniform provided, free parking, and wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme, reflecting our commitment to guests and team wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused attitude and proactive service mindset.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and mobility.
• Willingness to contribute to a safe and smooth shuttle operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Drive the guest shuttle to town and back, ensuring timely pickups.
• Support guests to enhance their Queenstown experience.
