With your proactive attitude and warm professionalism, you’ll help create memorable stays by assisting with bespoke activities and experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- - Be the welcoming face of The Rees Hotel, assisting guests with check-in, luggage, and local recommendations
- - Promote and arrange activities and experiences tailored to guests’ preferences
- - Safely operate our guest shuttle and other company vehicles
- - Ensure all guest needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, delivering the personalized service we’re known for
- - Overnight support is expected as part of the role.
What We’re Looking For:
- - A great communicator with a passion for people and a keen sense of hospitality
- - Full, clean driver’s licence (Passenger Endorsement is a bonus)
- - Ability to work independently, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- - Prior experience in front-of-house roles at high-end properties is beneficial but not essential – we value personality, adaptability, and enthusiasm
- - Knowledge of the local area is a huge plus – share your insights!
- - Strong English skills; a second language is a bonus for our diverse guests
- - Competent with computers; experience using PMS systems is a bonus
- - Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays – perfect for those who love to balance work and life
- - Physically fit, with a high standard of grooming
