Job summary

The Rees Hotel in Queenstown seeks a guest-focused team member to deliver a 5-star experience. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, luggage, and local recommendations, while promoting activities and experiences tailored to individual preferences.

Role includes safely operating guest shuttle and other vehicles, with overnight support as part of the duties. A passion for hospitality, strong English, and flexibility—weekends/holidays—is essential.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience or attitude
• Excellent communication and guest service focus
• Full, clean driver’s licence; Passenger Endorsement a bonus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local area is a plus; English strong, second language helpful

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of The Rees Hotel, assisting guests with check-in, luggage and local recommendations
• Promote and arrange activities and experiences tailored to guests’ preferences
• Safely operate guest shuttle and other company vehicles
• Ensure guest needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Overnight support is part of the role
