Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee a split portfolio across Cloud Modernisation and Next Generation Enterprise Data initiatives. Based ideally in Auckland, you will drive governance and program delivery to modernise enterprise IT infrastructure and improve data workflows across the business.

You will lead PMO processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery of high-impact programs in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO leadership across large enterprise programs.
• Background in enterprise data platforms or operational workflow tools.
• Familiar with legacy-to-cloud migration and infrastructure.
• Strong portfolio reporting, risk and delivery governance capabilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills.
