Job summary

Randstad is seeking a PMO Manager to over-see a split portfolio of Cloud Modernisation and Next Generation Enterprise Data initiatives, ideally based in Auckland. You will drive governance and delivery to modernise IT infrastructure and data workflows, enabling better visibility and system resilience across the enterprise.

The role requires leading large-scale programs, with a focus on cloud migrations, data platforms, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of PMO management experience across large enterprise programs.
• Background in enterprise data platforms or operational workflow tools.
• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong governance, portfolio reporting, risk and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking a PMO Manager to oversee a split portfolio (50/50) spanning Cloud Modernisation and Next Generation Enterprise Data initiatives. Based ideally in Auckland, you will drive operational governance and program delivery to modernise enterprise IT infrastructure and operational data workflows.

Key Duties

• Govern: Project management office processes across Cloud and Data portfolios.
• Modernize: Infrastructure by transitioning legacy servers to cloud solutions.
• Optimize: Enterprise data systems and operational workflows for improved productivity.
• Enable: Whole-of-system visibility, portal capabilities, and system resilience.
• Collaborate: With technical and operational stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

• Leadership: Proven PMO management experience across large enterprise programs.
• Domain: Background in enterprise data platforms or operational workflow tools.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiar with legacy-to-cloud migration and infrastructure.
• Governance: Strong capability in portfolio reporting, risk, and delivery.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills.
