Job summary

Randstad is seeking a PMO Manager to over-see a split portfolio of Cloud Modernisation and Next Generation Enterprise Data initiatives, ideally based in Auckland. You will drive governance and delivery to modernise IT infrastructure and data workflows, enabling better visibility and system resilience across the enterprise.

The role requires leading large-scale programs, with a focus on cloud migrations, data platforms, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of PMO management experience across large enterprise programs.
• Background in enterprise data platforms or operational workflow tools.
• Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong governance, portfolio reporting, risk and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern project management office processes across cloud and data portfolios.
• Modernize infrastructure by migrating legacy servers to cloud.
• Optimize enterprise data systems and operational workflows.
• Enable system visibility, portal capabilities, and resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
