Job summary

Randstad New Zealand seeks a PMO Manager to oversee a split portfolio spanning Cloud Modernisation and Enterprise Data initiatives. Based ideally in Auckland, you will drive operational governance and program delivery to modernise enterprise IT infrastructure and data workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish portfolio reporting and risk management, and partner with technical and operations stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years of PMO leadership in large enterprise programs.
• Background in enterprise data platforms or operational workflow tools.
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization of infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Govern: PMO processes across Cloud and Data portfolios.
• Modernize: Transition legacy servers to cloud solutions.
• Optimize: Enterprise data systems and workflows for productivity.
• Enable: Visibility, portal capabilities, and system resilience.
• Collaborate: With technical and operational stakeholders to ensure delivery.
