Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a Platform Owner to lead the Customer360 Integrations team and shape the Integrations capability behind BNZ's strategic technology investments.

Based in Wellington or Auckland with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days flexible), you will maximise value from integrations while ensuring security and governance, guiding a team of business analysts with Architects and Engineers to prioritise delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience defining strategy and roadmaps for large-scale integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce or nCino integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
