Job summary

Bank of New Zealand in Auckland or Wellington is seeking a Platform Owner to lead the Customer360 Integrations team, shaping the integrations roadmap and driving secure, scalable delivery.

You'll own the Customer360 Integrations roadmap, lead a team of Business Analysts, collaborate with Platform Owners, Architects and Engineers, and balance business value with risk and sustainability in a large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Ownership and product management: define strategy, roadmap, backlog priorities and value delivery.
• Integration and enterprise technology: patterns, APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures and system connectivity.
• Service management: improve reliability, availability, support processes and incident management.
• Stakeholder influence: strong communication across technology, business, vendor and leadership groups.
• People leadership: lead, develop, coach and grow teams.
• Agile delivery and change: understand Agile practices and lead teams through change.
• Banking or financial services: experience in regulated, large-scale environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Integrations strategy & roadmap management – develop and maintain Customer360 Integrations strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Backlog prioritisation & value delivery – own backlog, balance demand, debt, risk, and initiatives.
• Service ownership & operational excellence – monitor reliability, security and availability with data-driven metrics.
• Stakeholder engagement & collaboration – partner with business, technology leaders, vendors and delivery teams.
• People leadership & team development – lead and develop Business Analysts, fostering accountability and high performance.
