Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a Platform Architect to lead architecture and technical direction across our Salesforce and nCino platforms. The role sits within the Customer360 team and reports to the Platform Manager, offering hybrid work from Wellington or Auckland.

You will guide architectural decisions, drive security and scalability, and mentor engineers to sustain engineering excellence as BNZ transforms its technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the technical direction across teams and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and nCino architecture and security.
• Excellent communication skills to influence engineering leads and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring technical leaders and engineers.
• Expertise in software engineering, DevSecOps, observability and CD practices.
