Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a Platform Owner to lead the Customer360 Integrations team and shape the Integrations capability behind BNZ's strategic technology investments.
Based in Wellington or Auckland with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days flexible), you will maximise value from integrations while ensuring security and governance, guiding a team of business analysts with Architects and Engineers to prioritise delivery and performance.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
Here at BNZ, it's about more than just banking. We work together in an agile, energising environment to create innovative solutions through our promise "If you can imagine a better future, let's find a way."
We support wellbeing, flexible working and have a generous leave offering. There is the opportunity for growth, learning and career development. No two days are the same.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Platform Owner to lead our Customer360 Integration team and shape the Integrations capability behind some of BNZ's most strategic technology investments.
At BNZ, we're transforming how we serve our customers through modern, connected technology that makes banking simpler, faster, and more reliable. As part of the Customer360 programme, our Integrations connect Salesforce/nCino with core systems, data platforms, banker and customer channels across the bank.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in either Wellington or Auckland, with a hybrid working approach of three days in the office and two days working flexibly.
You will be responsible for maximising the value delivered by our Integrations while ensuring they remain secure, resilient, scalable, well-governed and sustainable to operate over the long term.
You'll provide both service ownership and people leadership, guiding a team of Business Analysts and working closely alongside our Integration Engineering Lead. You'll own the Customer360 Integrations roadmap, working with business stakeholders, Platform Owners, Architects and Engineers to prioritise delivery, continuous improvement and service performance.
You’ll join a collaborative leadership team working across Salesforce, nCino, integrations, data, security and enterprise technologies, with a shared focus on making complex change easier for customers, colleagues and teams to adopt.
We value curiosity, practical innovation and teamwork, and encourage people to challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to complex problems.
Integrations sit at the heart of BNZ’s digital ecosystem. This role gives you the opportunity to influence how critical systems connect across the bank, reduce complexity for delivery teams, and enable seamless customer and colleague experiences.
You’ll play a key leadership role in one of BNZ’s largest technology programmes, helping shape strategy, guide investment decisions and deliver capabilities that support the future of banking.
Customer360 Integrations support a wide range of business capabilities, programmes and technology teams, each with competing priorities, dependencies and evolving needs.
Success will come from creating clarity, balancing delivery commitments with sustainability and risk, and helping the team stay focused on the outcomes that matter most.
This role suits a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, creating alignment, and bringing people together to achieve meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be a strong communicator who can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence decisions and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
