Job summary

BNZ is seeking a Platform Owner to lead the Integration & API Services capability within the Cards API team in Technology. You will drive platform roadmaps, ensure performance, reliability, and security across card, merchant, and partner ecosystems, and uplift BNZ's core payments technology.

You will guide a team of analysts and technical specialists, prioritise work based on business value, and manage incidents with a focus on availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform or API teams in a large organisation.
• Strong background in modern delivery, integration, cloud, and engineering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear platform vision aligned with BNZ strategic goals.
• Lead BI and tech specialists through all lifecycle stages and foster collaboration.
• Own performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of services with DevOps standards.
• Prioritise platform enhancements based on customer value and business impact.
• Mitigate tech risks to ensure security, compliance and resilience.
