Job summary

BNZ is seeking a Platform Owner for the Cards API team within Technology. You will lead the Integration & API Services capability, enabling seamless connectivity across BNZ's card, merchant, and partner ecosystems through modern APIs and event-driven services.

You will drive platform strategy, oversee delivery, and balance value with risk while guiding a growing team through change and modernization of BNZ's core payments tech.

Qualifications

Experience across modern delivery, integration, cloud, and engineering platforms.
Proficient in API architecture and scalable service design.
Strong leadership across diverse stakeholder groups and teams.

Responsibilities

Platform Roadmaps: Define and communicate a clear platform vision and strategy aligned with BNZ's goals.
People Leadership: Lead business analysts and technical specialists through lifecycle stages.
Service Ownership: Own performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of software services.
Prioritization: Prioritize platform enhancements based on customer value and resources.
Risk Management: Mitigate tech risks and ensure security, compliance, and resilience.
