Job summary

NZ Super Fund in Auckland seeks a Platform Leader to own the digital workplace strategy, governance and lifecycle. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and related tools, driving adoption, security and a high-quality user experience.

You will lead a team of Platform Engineers and partnerships with business stakeholders to deliver on a roadmap that balances innovation with risk management and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading digital workspace platforms in a similar organisational environment.
• Track record of developing and delivering platform strategies and roadmaps with measurable business value.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technology opportunities, risk and operations when making platform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, governance and lifecycle of the digital workplace (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Lead device and endpoint management and digital employee experience initiatives.
• Build platform roadmaps balancing demand, technical improvement, risk and vendor roadmaps.
• Manage platform governance in line with architecture, security and compliance.
