Job summary

Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing, operating and improving enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong expertise across Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.
- Experience with Intune, Purview, Defender, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Sound knowledge of identity and access management, Zero Trust, cloud security and Azure integration.
- Proven ability to lead complex technology initiatives and provide trusted technical advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, governance and strategic direction across Microsoft 365.
- Oversee platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Lead the technical governance of Copilot and Copilot Agents, shape M365 strategy and roadmaps.
- Guide platform improvements and integrations and mentor others to grow capability across the organisation.
