Job summary

NZ Super Fund, Auckland, is evolving its technology operating model to strengthen core platforms, improve risk, and enable scalable AI. You will own the strategic direction and governance of enterprise platforms, leading a team of Platform Engineers and delivery partners to raise maturity and deliver lasting business value.

You’ll partner with the business, balance demand with technical improvement, and ensure security and compliance while driving adoption, cost management and vendor

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading enterprise or business platforms.
• Proven ability to develop platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, governance and lifecycle of enterprise platforms.
• Manage portfolio, governance, and delivery solutions and API connectivity.
• Oversee ServiceNow CMDB and asset management.
• Build platform roadmaps balancing demand, risk, and investments.
• Act as relationship manager for platform stakeholders.
• Lead governance and decisions aligned with security and compliance.
• Set measures for service health, adoption and cost.
• Lead and develop Platform Engineers and vendors.
