Job summary
Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation is seeking a Platform Leader to own the strategic direction, governance and lifecycle of our enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, ERP and HCM tools. You’ll lead a team of Platform Engineers and partners to lift platform maturity and deliver sustainable business value.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, setting roadmaps, managing vendors, and driving security, risk and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience owning enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, ERP or HCM) in a similar organisational environment.
- Track record of developing platform strategies and roadmaps delivering measurable value.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, technology opportunities and risk when making platform decisions.
- Proven leadership including coaching and building capability in technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technology strategy, governance and lifecycle of enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ERP, HCM).
- Manage portfolio governance, delivery solutions and API connectivity across platforms.
- Lead platform governance and decision-making aligned with security, risk and compliance.
- Set measures for service health, adoption, and cost, driving value-driven decisions.
- Develop Platform Engineers and shift the team from reactive to proactive.
