Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is partnering with a premier piping solutions provider in Auckland to recruit a skilled Pipefitter. The role involves installing commercial stainless piping, reading blueprints, and ensuring system integrity across major projects.

You will be required to pass a welding test and hold NZ Working Rights. On offer are competitive hourly rates, consistent Monday–Friday shifts, and weekly pay with overtime opportunities in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial/Industrial Pipefitter.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to undergo welding test and obtain Site Safe Passport if needed.
• Current NZ Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Installing and fitting commercial stainless piping systems.
• Reading from technical blueprints and ISO drawings to ensure precise installation.
• Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes to spec.
• Using joining methods including welding, brazing, threading, and Victaulic grooving.
• Pressure testing systems to NZ standards for safety and compliance.
• Collaborating with site managers to meet project deadlines.

We are looking for a skilled Pipefitter who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and system integrity.
