Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals in Queenstown. You will build relationships, educate on product benefits, and drive sales targets while managing your territory and travel requirements.

The role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals.
• Educate healthcare providers on features, benefits and proper use of company products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and medical events to network and promote products.
• Manage territory logistics, including scheduling appointments, planning routes, and expenses.
