Job summary

ARA Group NZ Limited trading as ARA Shelters & Structures in Auckland seeks two Graphic Designers to create advertising and digital assets for a new US-focused brand CARL’S. You will produce static ads, carousels, website graphics and email assets, working with the Performance Creative Lead and Ecommerce Lead.

The role focuses on paid social advertising, with design work across website, landing pages and emails.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing digital advertising and ecommerce work.
• Strong typography, layout, composition and image-editing skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Understand visual hierarchy for mobile messaging.
• Experience delivering multiple creative approaches from briefs.

Responsibilities

• Design static and carousel ads for Facebook and Instagram.
• Create website and landing page layouts, banners and graphics.
• Produce email campaign assets and templates.
• Review advertising results with teams and iterate designs.
• Ensure assets meet brand direction and are reusable.
