Job summary

Sime Darby Motor Group (NZ) Ltd is seeking a People Experience Advisor on a fixed-term basis to cover Parental Leave. Based mainly in Mt Wellington, Auckland, the role includes travel across New Zealand and offers autonomy within a collaborative PX team.

You will advise on a broad range of people matters, manage the employee lifecycle, and support performance, recruitment and development while contributing to PX initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ HR/People Experience in New Zealand.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation.
• Experience using HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel within New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice on employment relations, performance, recruitment and development.
• Lead conduct, performance, grievances, absence management and workplace investigations.
• Deliver people reporting, insights and training to build leadership capability.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to PX initiatives and cross-entity collaboration.
