Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a People Advisor to joining the People Team on a 10-month fixed term. You’ll provide practical HR guidance across a portfolio, support cases, performance and wellbeing matters, and contribute to people projects and remuneration reviews to drive real outcomes for leaders and staff.

You’ll partner with People Partners and the broader team to deliver great results, build strong relationships, and help create a flexible, inclusive environment where people can grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR practices and providing support.
• Confident in applying NZ employment legislation.
• Experienced in supporting performance management and employee relations matters.
• Proficient in working with people data, reporting and developing insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, trusted HR advice across your portfolio.
• Support people case management, employee relations, performance and wellbeing matters.
• Contribute to people projects, change initiatives, remuneration reviews and performance planning.
• Work closely with People Partners and the wider People team to deliver great outcomes for leaders and staff.
